draft environmental assessment and habitat conservation plan language

Begin drafting the HCP & initiate the Environmental Assessment process from the HCP

  • Research ESA, relevant code provisions, HCP handbook and other HCPs
  • Research NEPA and relevant code provisions
  • Develop outline of both documents
  • Identify experts/reports for various sections of both documents
  • Begin drafting-particularly background information on HCP and technical committees and policies adopted to date
  • Define legacy project/s
