Begin drafting the HCP & initiate the Environmental Assessment process
from the HCP
- Research ESA, relevant code provisions, HCP handbook and other HCPs
- Research NEPA and relevant code provisions
- Develop outline of both documents
- Identify experts/reports for various sections of both documents
- Begin drafting-particularly background information on HCP and technical
committees and policies adopted to date
- Define legacy project/s
